XPO LTL Team Drivers are required to have Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements and will operate 100% no-touch freight between XPO facilities. Established teams can expect a typical schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, with a weekly average gross income ranging from $1,730 to $1,923. Successful candidates will enjoy competitive pay at 91 cents per mile, additional hourly traffic pay, and full health insurance benefits from day one.

  • 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
  • $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
  • 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
  • Traffic pay - $33.07 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
  • Full health insurance benefits available on day one
  • LTL freight, in house and no touch. All loads are between XPO facilities.
Only recruiting existing teams; both team members must submit an application to this position
Being an XPO Team Driver requires the ability work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver. A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
