- Schedule Information
- Shifts are 12 hours, 645-645.
- Self-scheduling is allowed but subject to balance by manager.
- Block scheduling is allowed.
- 6 weekend shifts required in a 6-week period.
- 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays staffing required.
- No call or standby requirement.
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit: TELE.
- # Beds: 16.
- Common diagnoses include patients admitted for less than 48 hours, chest pain rule out, cath lab patients, and can take tele overflow.
- Charge nurse takes 1 patient on days and nights.
- Home regimen CPAP and BiPAP as RT/Equipment.
- Nurse Aides available on unit.
- Additional Details
- Nurse Aide Ratios: 4.
- Scrubs Color/Dress Code: Navy. Undershirts and optional scrub jackets must be navy.
- Orientation includes half day with HR and following 2 shifts on the floor.
