STATUS:
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- $32.00 - $35.00 per hour/DOE
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at a rate of 0.069231 for every hour worked. 8 paid holidays included in PTO annual accrual rate.

Knowledge of:
- Three years' experience in the field of construction and general repairs, including at least one year of experience in carpentry, or any equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Successfully lead, motivate, and train staff.
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Communicate to crew members and trades in a clear, consistent, and professional manner.
- Attempt to resolve project workflow challenges as well as interpersonal conflict amongst crew before bringing issues to superiors.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Manage one's time to meet productivity standards.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and sketches.
- Measure and calculate correctly to cut material to size.
- Communicate effectively in the English language both verbally and in writing to receive and convey information.
- Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Use power tools properly and safely.
- Work in various weather conditions.
- Three years' experience in the field of construction and general repairs, including at least one year of experience in carpentry, or any equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
- Valid Washington State driver's license.
