These duties include taking cans off the labeler and putting them back on the can line and taking 6-packs off the pak tech machine, putting in cases boxes and stacking them on pallets. Secondary roles as packaging assistant will be to wash kegs, help keep packaging area organized and clean, and help with Comac racking machine if needed. This is an entry level position.



ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS - PACKAGING ASSISTANT (Performed with or without reasonable accommodation)

  • Proficient in areas of packaging, racking and keg washing as mentioned above.
  • Mechanical skills and problem-solving capabilities are a plus.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to multitask are essential.

  • High School Diploma or GED a plus
  • Experience in packaging operations is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, mobile applications, and technology is a plus
  • Experience with Orchestrated Beer or an SAP business platform is a plus


JOB REQUIREMENTS - PACKAGING ASSISTANT

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Drug Free
  • Reliable transportation for work
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work all hours of the day on different shifts, day or swing


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - PACKAGING ASSISTANT

  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
  • Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
  • While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
  • Must be able to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and occasionally lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to use a ladder, i.e., work at heights of 10+' above grade
