Join the first 100% Employee-owned group practice in IllinoisIs this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.
Midwest Counseling is excited to share that we are looking for licensed therapists who want to work in Oak Brook, IL, Northbrook, IL, or downtown Chicago. Open to both part-time and full-time applicants. At Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics, we believe the future of mental healthcare belongs to clinicians. As Illinois' first 100% employee-owned mental health group practice, every therapist has the opportunity to become an owner in the organization they help build.
Unlike private equity-backed practices, where profits benefit outside investors, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) ensures that Midwest's success is shared with the clinicians and staff who make it possible. After one year of full-time employment, eligible employees begin participating in our ESOP, building meaningful retirement wealth through company ownership at no cost to the employee.
We believe investing in our clinicians leads to better care for our clients. If you're looking for more than just a job and want to build your career in a practice where your voice matters and your work contributes to your own future, we'd love to meet you.
