The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA
Pay: $22-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Love working with children of different ages? The Learning Experience - Foxboro is hiring an experienced Floater Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. You'll bring flexibility, enthusiasm, and consistency to classrooms throughout the day while helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. Key Responsibilities
- Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed
- Maintain appropriate teacher-to-child ratios and active supervision
- Assist with L.E.A.P. Curriculum activities and daily classroom routines
- Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions
- Engage children through stories, music, art, movement, and play
- Build positive relationships with families and teaching teams
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for the assigned age groups
- Previous professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Must meet EEC qualifications for all classroom assignments
- $22-$23 per hour
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
