QA Automation Tester (Onsite)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local candidates only)

Interview mode: Virtual

Job Description:

Any Banking exp will work.

Requires a Senior candidate with 13+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and/or Python
Implement and execute end-to-end automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and backend systems
Integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and GitHub
Write and maintain behavior-driven development (BDD) test scenarios using Cucumber
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and build test coverage
Troubleshoot issues and identify bugs in the application, reporting them with clear documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process and test automation strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium
Strong programming knowledge in Java and/or Python
Solid understanding of scripting for automation and testing purposes
Hands-on experience with API testing and working knowledge of tools like Postman or REST Assured
Experience with Cucumber and BDD methodology
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation integration
Proficiency in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
