Job Family : SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development Travel Required : Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Experience working in an Agile environment. Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred. Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
