Description Associate Pharmacy Technician at Providence Ambulatory Services in Portland, Oregon Full Time / Day Shift Performs all typical duties of a retail or call center pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures. Fills physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision. Communicate with and service the needs of the Retail, Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy clientele. Or Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire. In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties upon hire.
