Staff On Site is hiring a Grit Blaster for an industrial client. In this role, you’ll use abrasive blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal and other surfaces for coating or finishing. Responsibilities include setting up blast equipment, selecting appropriate media, following specifications and safety procedures, inspecting finished work, and performing basic maintenance on tools and booths. You’ll read job orders, handle materials, and maintain a clean, organized work area. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, adherence to PPE and OSHA standards, and reliability in a fast-paced production setting.
