American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and BCLS certification for a home health position in East Portland, OR.
Work in a home health setting serving East Portland and surrounding areas
Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 8:00 to 16:30; Uses Epic EMR Remote Client and Rover app, with Oasis documentation required
Business casual attire; Occasional driving up to a 60-mile radius with travel time up to 90 minutes per day
Free parking and mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard
Returning former employees must wait at least 3 months before returning and may not live within 50 miles of the facility
All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state if needed
Vaccination and documentation requirements may apply
Business casual dress code enforced; Minimum 1 year recent skilled home health experience required
