Global Partners LP is seeking a General Manager to lead a fuel-focused convenience store within our Northeast energy retail network. In this role, you will own full-store performance, including sales growth, margin, inventory, and customer experience, while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards for fuel and convenience operations. You’ll recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, manage scheduling and labor costs, and ensure accurate cash handling and loss prevention. Partnering closely with logistics and supply, you’ll secure consistent fuel and product availability, execute merchandising and promotions, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in energy retail and advance across Global Partners’ logistics and retail network.
