Cardiovascular Technologist at Providence Health and Services summary:
The Cardiovascular Technologist assists physicians in invasive cardiac testing and treatment in a hospital cardiac catheterization lab. The role requires specialized education and certifications related to invasive cardiology or radiologic technology, along with clinical experience in a cath lab setting. Assist the physician in the invasive testing and/or treatment of patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

~ Associate's Degree - Invasive Cardiology technologist or,
~ Associate's Degree - Radiology Technologist.
~ Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire or,
~ National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire or,
~ National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
~ 2 years - If Rad Tech, must have 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology.
