Under the supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Therapy, performs general and administrative duties as they relate to the functioning of the Department of Respiratory Therapy. In addition to His/Her duties as a Respiratory Therapist, He/She would perform primary functions of managing the workload and staffing, participating in the Project Improvement (PI) process, participating in employee evaluations, and acting as a resource and problem resolution adjunct for the Respiratory Therapy Department.

Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
Sufficient experience to provide advanced knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques applicable to a wide variety of work characteristic to the Respiratory Care field involving both unusual and commonplace work situations: usually interpreted as three to five years of appropriate experience.
