Company Drivers ~ Regional OTR positions; weekly or bi weekly home time ~ Dedicated and local/yard positions available in select areas; home time will vary ~ OTR drivers average up to $93,600/year ~ Dedicated drivers average up to $94,000/year ~ Local and Yard positions paid by the hour ~$1,500 sign-on bonus ~$500 orientation pay ~ Dry van freight; 100% no-touch ~ OTR and Dedicated drivers home weekly or bi-weekly, depending on job and location Company Benefits & Perks ~ Full benefits ~2022 - 2025 equipment, with newer models available in certain hiring areas while supplies last ~ Uncapped referral program - $4,500 per referral ~ High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers ~ Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home) ~ Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
