Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
Previous home health experience preferred.
Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care (POC), document progress notes, and follow physician orders.
Ability to provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, instruct on safe use of assistive devices, and order/adapt rehabilitative equipment for home environments.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally for patient visits.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and prolonged standing and walking.

Clinical scope: Skilled home health physical therapy for patients across the lifespan, including assessment, POC development, treatment, education, and documentation.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel locally between patient homes. Location Highlights Fernley, NV, offers an accessible mix of outdoor recreation and small-city living. The city is adjacent to the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center and sits about 30 miles east of Reno, providing access to Reno-Tahoe amenities and a 45–60 minute drive to Lake Tahoe for alpine recreation. Visit Lahontan State Recreation Area within approximately 20 miles for boating, fishing, and shoreline trails, or drive about one hour to the Tahoe Rim for hiking and skiing. Fernley supports a suburban lifestyle with regional commuting options via I-80 and quick access to Reno-Tahoe International Airport for longer trips.
