About Us
Rapid Bath Remodel is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-quality bathroom renovations, acrylic bath systems, and other home improvement solutions. We take pride in our craftsmanship, customer service, and commitment to delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.
We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team and help homeowners find the right remodeling solutions for their homes.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations to discuss their remodeling needs and goals.
- Present remodeling options, products, and services to prospective customers.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and detailed scopes of work.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with the office team and project managers to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales documentation, and pipeline records.
- Meet monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
- Represent Rapid Bath Remodel with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred; remodeling or home improvement sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working directly with homeowners and conducting in-home consultations.
- Ability to explain products, pricing, and remodeling processes clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to build customer trust.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding service areas.
