Salary: $96,000 - 113,000 per year Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional application development experience.
- Experience with Angular (version 14 or higher preferred), responsive UI design, and Material Design libraries; Bootstrap is optional, and jQuery is a plus.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GIS services.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as jUnit; Jasmine and Karma experience is preferred.
- Experience designing PostGIS-based data for reporting layers and working with PostgreSQL or comparable databases.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Online (AGOL), the ArcGIS Extension plugin for WebEOC, VS Code, Eclipse or Spring Tool Suite (STS), Git, and Azure Repos.
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS Maps API or SDK for JavaScript, ArcPro, ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor and Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps, ArcGIS Enterprise Server administration, and ArcGIS Online, Hub, and Community administration.
- Experience developing geocoding and geoprocessing services and working with ArcSDE, multi-user versioning (state tree or branch), linear referencing systems, Esri Roads and Highways, and Oracle Locator or Oracle Spatial.
- Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first development, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion, Section 508, ADA, and WCAG 2.1 AA standards, as well as WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices.
- Experience designing accessible digital products and optimizing them for platform accessibility features.
- Preferred: Experience integrating accessibility testing into the development lifecycle and building products where accessibility compliance is part of the definition of done.
- Design, develop, test, and document front-end application components.
- Implement system features and enhancements using Angular and supporting technologies.
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and GIS services.
- Collaborate with technical leadership and architecture teams.
- Support accessibility-compliant user interface development.
- Participate in source control, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Contribute to responsive, mobile-first design solutions.
