Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:
- Strong experience in at least one mobile development track: cross-platform development with React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Flutter and Dart; iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI, or UIKit; or Android development with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or Android Views.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and application lifecycle.
- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience optimizing mobile application performance.
- Ability to create reliable tests and reference implementations.
- Create challenging mobile coding tasks involving debugging, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Build reproducible environments for testing AI-generated solutions.
- Develop deterministic verifiers to assess solution correctness.
- Create reference solutions for each coding task.
- Design problems involving application state, lifecycle management, and asynchronous programming.
- Ensure tasks meet project quality and evaluation standards.

We are seeking Senior Mobile Software Engineers for a contractor role supporting an AI training project. The work involves helping evaluate AI models ability to solve complex mobile development problems. This is a remote position with an expected commitment of approximately 15 hours per week. Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications, and weekly submission requirements will be shared during onboarding. Selection typically takes around 48 hours, and selected candidates should be ready to start within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
