Primary responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products Provide general education on life insurance options Assist clients in identifying coverage that fits their needs Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients (leads may be provided; no cold-calling requirement)

Training and support

Structured onboarding and training program Ongoing mentorship and team support Access to training resources and guided systems

Compensation

Commission-based pay as an independent contractor (1099) Earnings vary based on activity level and production No hourly pay or guaranteed salary Performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to obtain a North Carolina state life insurance license (training provided; licensing costs may apply) Reliable internet connection and access to a phone and computer
