The Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the key bridge between our sales account executives, technical engineers, channel partners, and end customers. You won't just process orders—you will help bring market-leading technology into the field by building accurate solution quotes, navigating technical specs, and keeping our sales pipeline moving at full speed.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Sales Support Manager, responsible for

  • order processing
  • coordination of requirements
  • status updates 
  • other support activities needed to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
  • act as the liaison between the external customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Business Development, Export, and Finance
