Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Hours: Full Time, Variable Shift
Under direct supervision this position is accountable to the RN to facilitate a safe and secure environment for the patient/resident, family and providers in the department in completion of the duties delegated to them for the shift and maintaining clear communication between the needs of the patient/resident through the RN. These activities focus on maintaining a safe, hazard free, clean environment which facilitates patient/resident focused care.

Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
6 months of experience as a nurse aide, nursing assistant or personal care attendant in long term care or hospital.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
