Description Full-time Pulmonary Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Opening – Norwalk, CT Norwalk Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, has an excellent opportunity for a full time Pulmonary Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Norwalk, CT. The position Provides medical care for Respiratory/Pulmonary patients under the supervision of a physician and includes seeing patients in the outpatient office, with a Monday-Friday workday schedule with no call responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience in Respiratory/Pulmonary medicine, however new grads are welcome to apply. This is an employed position that includes a comprehensive benefits package, as well as allowances for CMEs and Dues. Our employed Medical Group includes 1000+ physicians and advanced practice providers, serving a geographically broad region throughout eastern New York and western Connecticut. Job Requirements: Experience working with Internal Medicine or Respiratory/Pulmonary & Sleep medicine is preferred but not required. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Connecticut Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. Federal DEA. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
