Estamos buscando un Maquinista para nuestra planta de Bridgeville con experiencia en CNC y/o Manual.

LAS NUEVAS CONTRATACIONES SON ELEGIBLES PARA UN BONO DE INICIO DE $2500

Este puesto está disponible para el 2º turno. Horario de trabajo: 3:15 pm a 11:45 pm.

Y también disponible para 3er turno: 11:30 pm a 7:30 am.

Dependerá de la preferencia o disponibilidad del candidato.

Responsabilidades:

Debe ser capaz de configurar y operar de manera eficiente y eficaz tornos y fresadoras CNC y/o manuales, incluyendo una variedad de piezas torneadas y piezas de fundición.

Leer e interpretar planos utilizando tolerancias convencionales y geométricas.

Ajustar velocidades y avances para maximizar la productividad del mecanizado.

Mecanizar piezas con tolerancias estrechas (.001") a partir de materia prima y/o piezas de fundición de la manera más eficiente, comprendiendo al mismo tiempo los requisitos de seguridad y calidad.

Operar/mecanizar piezas según sea necesario para cumplir las especificaciones de los planos.

Requisitos:

Bachillerato o equivalente.

Experiencia en corte de metal con máquinas CNC o manuales.

Capacidad para medir con precisión las tolerancias utilizando micrómetros, calibres, tri-mics, etc.

Capacidad para trabajar en 2º o 3er turno.

Conocimientos de informática.

Conocimientos de diseño y preparación de piezas de fundición y materias primas.

Capacidad para leer y seguir hojas de ruta y planos.

Buen trato con las personas.

Conocimiento del producto/proceso.

Espíritu emprendedor.

Alto nivel de organización.

Experiencia / habilidades preferidas:

Preferiblemente certificados técnicos o vocacionales en CNC o Mecanizado Manual.

Capacidad para trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario.

Se valorará la capacidad de programación, aunque no es obligatoria.

Conocimiento y habilidad para utilizar puentes grúa de forma segura.
