Description $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment The CT Technologist performs a broad range of advanced technical and patient care procedures requiring independent judgment while operating a multi‑slice CT scanner. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional patient interaction to deliver high‑quality diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities: Independently performs CT procedures using a multi‑slice CT scanner, applying sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal imaging quality and patient safety Operates power injectors and patient monitoring equipment in accordance with established protocols Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast as directed by the onsite physician Delivers exemplary customer service by providing clear communication, compassion, and professionalism throughout the patient experience Actively participates in a team‑based environment, maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude Continues to utilize radiologic technology expertise by performing diagnostic X‑ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed This wording makes the role feel purposeful, patient‑focused, and professionally rewarding while staying true to the original scope. Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography --or-- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one-year in a CT Scan department Why Join Providence Swedish?
