Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Telecom Network Technician Trainer to join their team. As a Telecom Network Technician Trainer, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting the Telecommunications Operations team. Job Title: Telecom Network Technician Trainer
Provide technical training and mentorship to telecommunications technicians, ensuring they are proficient in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom systems.

Assist in the installation and maintenance of telephone lines, DSL, T1, Ethernet circuits, and central office equipment.

Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing issues with analog and digital circuits, and implement effective solutions.

Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and communicate technical information clearly to team members.

Work safely in confined spaces and at heights, handling heavy equipment as required.

Technical knowledge of telecommunications transmission systems, multiplexing equipment, copper, and fiber-optic technologies.

Experience with installation and maintenance of telecom circuits and equipment, including COSMIC and CDF wiring practices.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both analog and digital circuits.
