Senior Manager position responsible for establishing and maintaining Catalent's global Project Management Academy, including strategy, governance, learning programs, certification frameworks, and digital platforms. The role ensures consistent project management training and competency development across the organization's clinical supply network.
Responsibilities
- Lead global PM Academy strategy, governance, roadmap, and operational controls
- Design role-based learning paths, onboarding programs, and certification frameworks
- Develop project management training content covering governance, planning, risk, quality, and compliance
- Manage learning platforms, digital tools, and controlled content repositories for compliance
- Establish dashboards and analytics to measure training effectiveness and competency development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in project management, PMO, learning systems, or enterprise transformation
- Experience designing competency frameworks, assessment rubrics, and certification requirements
- Proven ability building scalable onboarding, curricula, and continuing-education programs
- Working knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience with learning-management systems and digital-learning technologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, KPI design, dashboards, and training effectiveness measurement
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or regulated clinical-supply operations
