RN Treatment Nurse at Touchstone Communities summary:

The RN Treatment Nurse provides resident-specific care with a focus on improving skin integrity, collaborating with physicians and licensed nurses to develop and modify treatment regimens. Must hold a valid Texas RN nursing license or a nursing license from a Compact Party State and be wound care certified. Treatment Nurse RN - Must be wound care certified 

  • Must have a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
  • The Treatment Nurse will deliver resident specific care in order to provide services to maintain and/or improve skin integrity. Collaborate with physician and licensed nurses to develop and modify the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of state and federal regulations and the guidelines and goals of this community.
