- Partner with Operations Director for proper care.
- Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

- EXPERIENCE
- Required
- 5+ years' experience in a related field.
- Preferred
- 1+ years' experience as a Therapist at BrightView, or relevant experience.
- Prior supervision experience.

- Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum a Master's Degree

- REQUIRED
- Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation, e.g. LISW-S, LICDC-CS, LPCC-S, LMFT-S in Ohio
