Jobot is seeking a Behavioral Health Administrator to lead operations for a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). In this role, you will oversee daily program management, staffing, and budgeting while ensuring safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care for youth. You will drive regulatory compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards, lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, and champion quality improvement initiatives. Leveraging Jobot’s tech-forward tools, you will use data to optimize outcomes, streamline workflows, and support a collaborative, people-centric environment focused on clinical excellence and program growth.
