The position involves mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows as well as contributing to research and evidence-based practice. The physician will join Banner University Medical Group, collaborating with the University of Arizona College of Medicine in a value-based healthcare delivery model. Responsibilities include the integration and alignment of all clinical and academic assets of Banner Health and the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix to develop a highly differentiated and reliable value-based delivery model.
