Our Sandwich Artist will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, preparing product, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and processing light paperwork. Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill.
Performs Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift.
Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up. Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual: Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual: Follow food safety best practices.
Must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends and or holidays.
Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift: standing, walking, handling, reaching horizontally, grasping firmly, reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
