As a Project Manager on the Business Integration team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through post launch management.
WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects
Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and mitigation of any associated risks
Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives
You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use software applications including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
Preferred Qualifications
~ Education: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
