Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Details
Job Title: RN Supervisor – Hospital Nursing Services

Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360 (Massachusetts nursing jobs)

Assignment Type: Travel contract

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour day shifts

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700 – $2,770

Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

On-site Registered Nurse position
RN Supervisor Qualifications
~ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

~ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required

~ 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or acute care settings

~ Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience

~ Epic EMR experience required

~ Must have been separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract)

~ Successful completion of pass/fail clinical testing prior to acceptance


RN Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise hospital operations and all nursing units during assigned shifts

Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical support to nursing staff

Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain safety standards

Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resource allocation across hospital units

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Serve as a clinical resource for decision-making and problem-solving

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
