Company Drivers ~ Pay: Up to $93,600 per year ~ CPM pay range: $0.54-$0.70 ~$0.15/mi per diem pay, up to $440 per week ~ Additional fuel and safety incentive: $0.02/mi ~ Home every 7-10 days ~$1,500 sign-on bonus ~$500 orientation pay ~ Dry van freight; 100% no-touch; 60% drop and hook ~$20 Stop Pay excluding first and last delivery Benefits & Perks ~ Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance ~2022 - 2026 equipment ~ Uncapped referral program - $4,500 per referral ~ High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers ~ Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home) ~ Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
