Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week.
$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
