Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Physician Assistant - REQUIRED Premier Physician Services is currently working with a busy Internal Medicine group with locations throughout central and southern Florida to fill their permanent need of experienced Physician Assistants. Currently openings in Bradenton, Davenport/Lake Wales (Bilingual) and Naples. Must have experience working with Medicare Advantage - REQUIRED Responsibilities include the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients of the practice. Experience with Managed Care is greatly Preferred. The Provider with the direction of the Attending Physician, will establish treatment protocols, evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy and perform other acts of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. Qualifications Experience with Managed Care - Required Experience with Value Based Care - Required 2 Years experience working as a Physician Assistant BLS and ACLS Excellent communication Skills Must have active Florida License* Must possess a strong work ethic, team minded, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with EMR/EHR preferred Working Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Base Salary with Potential for performance Based Bonus offer a great opportunity for providers with the ability to see patient's efficiently.
