How you'll make an impact: Administer complex payrolls
Manage day-to-day payroll tax configurations
Reconcile quarterly/annual tax filings, and complete other multifaceted payroll and HRIS-related projects as needed
Take ownership of providing service to multiple clients using various solutions
Actively provide best practices, process improvements, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions
Effectively manage and create documentation relating to processes, procedures, and training
Work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently
Identify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client’s HRIS/Payroll platform
Build and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environment
Successfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized manner
Prioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlines

About you: Required: Bachelor's degree and 1 years related experience required.

Preferred:



Preferred experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or Workday
Experience with other HRIS solutions is a plus (e.g. stand alone ATS, Performance, and Benefits)
Experience in payroll/ HRIS implementations
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator role
Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP
Attention to detail problem solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting
Experience with reconciliations on a per payroll basis as well as quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification
