Emergency Medical Technician

We are seeking individuals to join our team as Emergency Medical Technicians. As an EMT, you will provide compassionate and high-quality emergency medical care to our patients. This role involves assessing emergency situations, utilizing medical equipment and procedures, and communicating with patients and their families. Additionally, you will drive the ambulance on emergency responses and work collaboratively with healthcare and public safety personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess emergency situations and determine the best course of action
  • Administer medical care using equipment and procedures
  • Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and assurance
  • Lead the emergency medical team when necessary
  • Drive the ambulance on emergency responses
  • Collaborate with healthcare and public safety personnel

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • EMT certification
  • State Driver's License
  • BLS and ACLS certification required, PALS preferred
  • Compliant driving record
  • Pass Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
