What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma
  • Must be flexible to work 3rd shift
  • Recent experience as a forklift operator
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to bend, lift, stand, twist, and walk 2.5+ miles each shift
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable doing some material handler duties to possibly include walking raw material to production lines or using a tug truck
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks as needed
  • Ability to stand for entirety of an 8 hour shift (with one 15 min break, one 30 min break, one 10 min break) or a 10 hour shift (with two 15 min breaks and one 30 min break)
  • Availability to work overtime if needed

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Forklift Operator

  • Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
