Skills -
• 7+ years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in Business Analysis capacity
• Excellent communication skills and can manage communication at senior levels of management.
• Expert in Agile/Scrum Methodologies and Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Project Management, Release Management etc.
• Working knowledge of SQL and independently do and manage data analysis by writing SQL queries.
• Experience in preparing presentations and give user training
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
• Experience in Client financial metrics is a plus
• Experience in working with data related projects is a plus
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an avid technologist who -
• Can apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
• Deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.
• Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
• Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
• Can be moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Education:
• Bachelors/University degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) or equivalent
• MBA in Finance or Financial Certification is a big plus
