We are hiring for Pediatric Registered Nurses who are interested in Private Duty Home Care in various areas throughout Long Island (New Hyde Park, Hempstead, Lynbrook, Plainview, Riverhead, Commack, Longwood, Lindenhurst, Amityville, Huntington and more)
Once you apply, you will be matched with a recruiter who will give you the upcoming orientation dates in Melville, Long Island.
We service various areas and aim to keep you as close to your desirable location as possible. Hours/Shifts are case specific.
Qualifications/Education:
- NYS Registered Nurse License + Registration
- BLS Card
- 2 years of PEDIATRIC Registered Nurse experience
- 1 year of Home Care experience preferred
- Utilize our EMR AlayaCare for nursing notes
- Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
- Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
- Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required.
