At Autism Care Partners (ACP), our mission is to empower families to reach their potential through early diagnosis and exceptional, innovative, interdisciplinary care. Our collaborative teams provide comprehensive care throughout all stages of a child's development by offering these services: Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Diagnostic Evaluations (service availability varies by location).

What you'll be doing at Autism Care Partners: The Lead RBT plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the center-based program and will present a high level of quality and excellence with regard to ACP's clinical and operational standards.
  • Provide direct care coverage or find coverage for sessions if staff is unavailable.
  • Covering sessions when needed is the priority.
  • Assist with training new staff.
  • Contact new direct service workers to set up training and client sessions with BCBA.
  • Scheduling for staff and clients
  • Be present and available in the center
  • Complete electronic health record (EHR) billing and verifications within 24 hours of events
  • Monitor proper completion of electronic health record (EHR) billing and verifications by staff.
  • Scheduled weekly consults with BCBAs
  • Attend regular team meetings
  • Track and ensure all therapists have received appropriate safety care training.
  • Create program materials
  • Submit center ordering requests
  • Submit center maintenance requests
  • Ensure center appearance remains neat and professional
  • Additional tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Credential: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or RBT-eligible
  • Supervise Staff? No
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.
  • Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
