Our health center is found within our Life Plan Community (formerly known as Continuing Care Retirement Community), and provides assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing to residents. Our size means we can provide person-centered care with an impressive CNA-to-resident ratio. Our focus on clinical excellence, teamwork, and resident and team member engagement. The Life Centre Administrator provides the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through the design and implementation of innovative programming and process improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to open a brand-new care center and develop new competencies by engaging with team members throughout the entire community. You will be supported by a range of colleagues both in the community and from Mather Headquarters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

  • Current and in good standing applicable Virginia Nursing home Administrator license
  • 5+ years' leadership experience in long term care administration
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations for the administration of skilled and assisted living.

The Mather is a Life Plan Community in Tysons, Virginia, for those 62 and better that defies expectations of what senior living is supposed to be. More than a luxury residence, The Mather is in an enviable walkable, urban neighborhood, close to the Metro and all the DC area has to offer. Opened in March 2024, The Mather includes 293 independent living apartment homes, as well as assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, gardens and more.
