- Observe quality, safety, and other related process procedures.
- Magnetizing, demagnetizing, and marking of magnets and assembly of those magnets into Dexter products.
- Able to follow drawings and work instructions to assemble and pack basic magnet assemblies.
- Can assist in picking components, moving components, and organizing their work area.
- Must maintain a clean work area to 5S standards.
- Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
