FINANCE MANAGER (REVENUE)
 
We have been engaged by an industry leading service company in its search for a Finance Manager (Revenue).  This employer offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, with superior 401k match, time off and flexibility. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 3 days/week.  They have a track record of promoting from within and have a strong, pedigreed Finance leadership team.
 
The Finance Manager (Revenue) will be focused on Revenue reporting, risk analysis, forecasting, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and risk identification. This role will involve working with large datasets, extracting data, and transforming it into actionable intelligence. Additionally, this role will present findings and reporting to senior leadership.
 
The right candidate for the Finance Manager (Revenue) role will have:
  • Bachelor's in Finance (or related field)
  • 4-5+ years of relevant and progressive experience
  • Strong experience in corporate finance, reporting, financial analysis, variance analysis, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis.
  • Seeking advanced to expert level Excel proficiency and strongly prefer SQL proficiency.
  • Proven ability to present to senior leadership effectively
  • Superior communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • History of career stability and progression
