JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for operational support in remediation efforts for client contents. Main functions will include performing tasks related to contents cleaning. This position will be required to use a variety of specialized equipment under supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Taking direction/training from supervisor, clean household items like furniture, tables, chairs, and sofas using specialized cleaning materials
  • Accurately keep track of cleaned items and items to be cleaned using our simple inventory system
  • Maintain equipment used in daily tasks
  • Consistently show up on time and be a reliable teammate for the cleaning staff
  • Adhere to team guidelines and corporate values
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
  • Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices


Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We also know that not everyone comes to us with these skills. That's why we put each specialist-those with or without training-through an in-depth and comprehensive training program. Each Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ member learns the entire contents restoration process while honing in on their specific cleaning or restoration skills. It's all a part of our ongoing support and training experience.
