LRE is hiring for our Fast Track to Foreman program. This 8-week program is designed to train new leaders for our Production department. Once completed, you will be able to lead a team of professionals that go to customers' homes to safely install high quality foundation repair products, while providing customers with remarkable experiences. But that's not all You'll also be impacting homeowners' lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. This is a hands-on foreman role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required
• Background screening and drug testing required
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Regular, reliable attendance - Our crews and customers count on you
• Use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work overtime and out of town
