Position: Arby's General Manager
Reports to: District Supervisor
As an Arby's General Manager, you will provide vision and leadership to Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding business objectives. You will inspire your team to go above and beyond. You'll own cultivating the Arby's spirit in your restaurant. You need to understand that growth is as much about people as it is about dollars.
Responsibilities:
• You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you'll be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
Requirements:
- We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with the company
- Strong people-oriented leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Valid state driver's license and an insured vehicle
- Prior knowledge of food handing, safety and other restaurant guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Prolonged periods of standing on a hard surfaced floor
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds at a time
