WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: AgRevolution is looking for a Field Service Technician to service the following areas: Harrisburg IL, Hopkinsville, Mayfield, Columbia, Henderson, Elizabethtown KY, Vincennes and Lanesville IN. This position will be responsible for performing repairs to equipment at customer and company locations and installing new equipment and component parts and perform standard work assignments, with minimal to no direct supervision, in accordance with customer and company needs. This position is assigned a company service truck and may be dispatched from home or company shop locations. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: • Operate and perform repairs to machinery and equipment at customer's jobsite or at Company Shop, using appropriate tooling and test equipment to capably complete the work in timely and efficient manner with a high level of quality. • Maintains a valid Driver's License in compliance with Company and DOT regulations, maintain legally required paperwork including DOT logs. • Uses test equipment to analyze, evaluate and locate problems. Confer with customer and/or supervisor or make independent on the job decisions when necessary. • Writes service reports at jobsite; keeps accurate time on job and turns in cards in a timely manner. • Ensures accuracy of work orders by charging parts and labor to proper work order segment • Owns, updates and maintains sufficient hand tools to perform the job. • Recommend to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes WHAT YOU WILL BRING: • High school diploma or GED; technical certification is preferred. • Experience performing troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs to agriculture, construction, off-road or heavy equipment or other similar equipment. • Experience using test equipment and tools to analyze, evaluate, locate and repair problems. • Experience with computers, spreadsheets, word processing programs.
